Indonesia has no seasons except for two, rainy and dry, and is generally a warm place. The dry season last from April until October and the wet season from November to March. Temperatures are cooler in the highlands and warrants a jacket if you are visiting, these include Mount Bromo on Java and Tana Toraja on Sulawesi.
When it comes to activities Indonesia is a great Scuba Diving destination, in fact its one of the best in the world making it a great tourist draw. Some great scuba diving spots include Bunaken in Northern Sulawesi, Wakatobi in South East Sulawesi and Raja Ampat. Spas are very popular here whether its in a simple hut or the more lavish wellness centres. There are options to suit any kind of budget. Travellers also visit for the amazing surfing especially at the Mentawai Islands off the west coast of Sumatra, Bali and Nusa Lembongan.
